Q: How long till my order ships?  A: Ships in 1-2 business days of your order

Q: Can I get expedited shipping?  A: Yes!  At checkout you can choose from 3 shipping methods.  First Class (3-5 days) at $2.95, Priority (2-3) days at $7.95, Priority Express (1-2) days at $24.95.

Q: How do I know if my picture is good enough?  A:  We don't want you to worry about pixels so just upload your picture (and a back-up if you can) and we will let you know if it won't work.  Please attach pictures with subjects in the middle and not touching sides or corners as corners get cropped when the picture is made into a circle.

Q: Are your products waterproof?  A: They are water resistant so they can get splashed but they are not waterproof where they are submerged in water.
